Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries made through the Site.
By placing an order, the Customer expressly agrees to these Terms.
Deviations from these Terms are only valid if confirmed in writing by the Company.
Products and Offers
We make every effort to present our products accurately. However, as our jewelry is handcrafted and crystals are natural materials, slight variations in color, size, or texture are normal and do not constitute defects.
Product images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may differ slightly from the images shown.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Obvious errors or typographical mistakes (including pricing errors) do not bind the Company.
Disclaimer on Product Effects
Our jewelry’s energy is believed to stem from the wearer’s own willingness to change or enhance personal growth. The effects of our products may vary from person to person, depending on individual use, mindset, and belief. Any energy-enhancing properties of jewelry and crystals must be understood and assumed by the user.
We do not promise, guarantee, or predict any specific outcomes or results. While we market and sell our products with honesty and integrity, user experiences may differ due to personal differences, and consistent results cannot be assured. The Company disclaims all liability for the actual effects or perceived benefits of the products.
Orders and Agreement
An order becomes binding once the Customer completes checkout and payment is successfully processed.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock unavailability.
Once an order is placed, the Customer will receive an email confirmation with order details. This confirmation does not imply acceptance if errors are later discovered.
The Agreement is only deemed final once the Company dispatches the order.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in USD and do not include taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price confirmed at checkout will apply to your order.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay).
Orders will only be processed and shipped once full payment has been received.
For all orders outside the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories), customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from Mainland China within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events.
United States mainland orders: Free standard shipping is offered (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories). Shipping fees may appear at checkout, but you will not be charged.
International orders: Standard shipping rates apply, calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are not included and must be paid by the Customer upon delivery if required by the destination country.
Estimated delivery time is up to 21 business days, though actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
If there is any loss or delay caused by the carrier, please contact us promptly via email so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Exchanges)
Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
Returned products must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all product tags attached.
For returns or exchanges within the United States, a $5 handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
For all regions, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Products purchased under “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” promotions and limited-time flash sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products, provided they meet the return conditions.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are non-refundable.
Consumer Obligations
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping, billing, and contact information when placing an order. We are not liable for issues or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.
The Customer must ensure that the delivery address provided is safe and accessible for package receipt. If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply.
Customers agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to fraudulent purchases, unauthorized resale of products, or unlawful activities.
In the event of suspicious or fraudulent activity, the Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders and accounts without prior notice.
Product Care and Guarantee
Our jewelry is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipping to ensure quality. To maintain the beauty and longevity of your pieces, we recommend the following care instructions:
Store jewelry in a dry and cool place, preferably in a jewelry box or soft pouch.
Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and household chemicals.
Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners or ultrasonic machines.
Please note that damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered under our return or exchange policy. We do not provide additional warranties beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.
Complaints Procedure
If the Customer has a complaint regarding our products or services, they must notify us in writing via email within 7 days of receiving the product.
The Company will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 business days and provide a response or resolution within 14 business days.
If the complaint cannot be resolved immediately, the Customer will be informed of the expected timeline for resolution.
We strive to resolve all complaints in good faith. If no resolution can be reached, the Customer may seek remedies under applicable law.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site, including but not limited to loss of income, business, or data.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchased product is limited to the purchase price paid for that product.
We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, customs delays, or courier issues.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., liability for fraud or willful misconduct).
Governing Law and Disputes
The laws of Hong Kong govern these Terms and Conditions.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
We encourage Customers to contact us first to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing formal legal action.
