Joining our Star Club is completely free! Simply visit our Star Club registration page to sign up. All you need is your email address, and you'll immediately begin earning points with every purchase you make. Start enjoying exclusive rewards and benefits today!

Select the tab called Redeem Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

Yes, every reward tier comes with a minimum spending requirement.

When you’ve collected enough points, simply click “Get Reward” — you’ll be able to review the requirement before confirming.

For your convenience, you can also check the full list below. Larger voucher amounts follow the same calculation method.

Birthday points will be credited automatically at midnight (local time) on your birthday.

If you register your birthday on the same day, the reward will only apply starting from the following year.

Yes — as long as you used the same email address when placing your order and when creating your account.

Our loyalty program officially started on June 5, 2025. From that date, we award points for purchases made within the past 3 months.

For example, if you sign up in July, you’ll still receive points for orders placed in June, but purchases made before the launch date won’t be eligible.

Your balance may decrease if you or someone you referred cancels or returns an order.

Points are awarded for a variety of activities, such as shopping with us and inviting friends to join. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu.

When you are logged in, your points balance will be visible at the top of our rewards page. You can also view it anytime by accessing your account dashboard.

You can redeem points at checkout if you have at least 200 points ($5). The option appears just below the promo code field.You can still exchange points for a fixed discount coupon, with varying minimum spend, and apply the code manually at checkout.

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
