What is your cancellation policy?

Your order gets shipped VERY fast, sometimes within minutes and once the order is set to be fulfilled, we cannot cancel it.

Please email our team with your cancellation request as soon as possible and we will see what we can do.

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.

If you have already received an order confirmation email, it may be impossible to cancel your order. However, you can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives. If you need to cancel the order, please contact our customer service team ASAP at www.mystarrysky.com. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

We’re sorry your item is damaged!

Occasionally items can break during shipping. But no worries! We'll send you a replacement!

Please email our team with an image of your damaged item for further assistance.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best we can!

We strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at www.mystarrysky.com with your order number and any relevant details.

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

After your order is confirmed and payment is completed, you will receive the tracking information by email within 2–5 business days.

If you don’t see a tracking email yet, please be patient and check back later, or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.

Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.

Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.

On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.

If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier.

We are sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order! Please report your order issue to our team via email for further assistance.

Include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll resolve the situation as best we can!

To apply a promo or discount code:

• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the 'Discount Code' field.

• Click 'Apply' to see your new total before finalizing your order.

• Only one code can be used per order.

If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.

Please note that we will not be adjusting discount amounts after the order has been placed.

We make every effort to ensure that the product images accurately reflect the color of the item. However, due to differences in lighting, monitor settings, and angles during photography, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from the pictures. Such differences are not considered a quality issue and are therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Orders shipped outside the United States are subject to taxes and duties that are paid for by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer returns?

Yes, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. For returns within the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories), A $5 standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee reflects the shipping cost covered at the time of purchase. For all regions, customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returns. Please note that Sale items are not eligible.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging intact.

If the return or exchange is due to product damage, wrong item sent, or loss during shipping, we will cover the shipping costs.

If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons such as dislike or preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. However, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item back to you.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Our return policy allows returns or exchanges for products purchased in the last 30 days.

Please note that Sale items are not eligible for return.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 14 business days or fewer, after our returns department receives the returned item.
